INTENTIONAL BEING

Welcome to the new you! This is not only how you could be, this is how you should be.

You have just woken up. You feel full of energy. Your mind is clear. You get up, have a delicious healthy breakfast and, throughout the day, your energy is balanced, your mood is stable, you’re mentally sharp and your concentration is good. You haven’t had energy dips, become irritable or experienced a single craving. You feel on top of your life. But that’s just the inside story. You look good, your weight is more or less where you want it to be. You’re well toned and your skin has a healthy glow. People often comment on how well you are looking. And you feel good physically and mentally. And this is how you feel every day!

Depending on your perspective, we are in one of the most exciting times to be alive.  I don’t say this lightly, however, we have found ourselves in an extraordinarily magnified experience of all polarities. Again, depending on your perspective and whether you are looking, this is an incredible opportunity to take ownership and responsibility of the one and only thing you can, your health. We cannot change the world and our need to be in control is limited ultimately to what we choose for our self.

We will work together on your selected time period from 8 to 10 weeks programme and support thereafter. You will be given the knowledge and tools to integrate into your everyday life, empowering and inspiring you to be the best version of yourself.

 

ONE ON ONE COACHING (IN A NUTSHELL

60-90 min live sessions per week, + processes you will be guided to do on your own. Recipes, weekly menu planning, consistent feedback and support, weekly inspiration and personalised motivation to align you to your goals. Replacing habits that do not serve you, reframing, learning skills to access more stillness and to become more responsive and less reactive. Shifting beyond limiting beliefs to embodying more of who you. Learn simple and effective ways in which to thrive.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

On completing your full sign up, you will get a date request via email for a 1:1  coaching session. You can be assured that you have an accountability partner from beginning to end. Please note that this program overview is there to give you an idea of some of the topics covered. If you choose to have a 1:1 coaching program then it will be tailored to your specific and personal needs.

Program structure

WEEK 1

You will receive a health & energy questionnaire to fill in prior to our first session. This will give us a basis on which to measure your progress and also clarify existing issues. Our first session will introduce you to the blood sugar balancing approach and why it is so effective as a lifestyle. This is the beginning of a journey where intention setting and commitment to doing things differently is key. You will be guided to create your own wellness vision and goals. Our time is focused on meeting you where you are at each week. Each session will include assessing your goals and measuring progress using a simple progress tracker that you will fill in at the end of each week.

WEEK 2

We get into your healthy life plan and break it down into clear goals called SMARTER goals. Working through the food diary and menus. Referencing your intentions and how best you can manage time with the support of tools you will be given.

WEEK 3

What motivates you and what keeps you locked in habits that do not serve you? In this session we explore ways in which to re-programme. Opening up explorations around broader habit changing and overall well-being that include sleep and stress management. Depending on what comes up as this is personalised, we will also look at specific topics such as exercise and alcohol and deep dive into shifting you to where you want to be.

Process to develop deeper self-awareness. Benefits of stress-management.

WEEK 5 

Menus

What are you prioritizing in your life and how to get it right? Your relationship with planning.

WEEK 6

Exploration of menus and how to integrate this knowledge into a lifestyle when you are going out to restaurants or travelling?Looking at your achievements and a maintenance plan. Next steps and exploring where to from here.

WEEK 7

Exploring and overcoming limiting belief systems

WEEK 8

Identifying your values and strengths. Looking at how to align your values to your current life.

WEEK 9

Healthy lifestyle habits, and how to hack the habit patterns of your mind. Travelling, restaurants
