As you enter the new week, we are reminded that where our attention goes, energy flows and grows. As you settle into the stillness within, to move your awareness into your heart and feeling body to connect to your intentions. Focus on how you would like to experience your week. How would you like to feel? 

Take a moment after your meditation to write down these intentions. And then alongside them note one small micro action that you can take in order to have this experience of yourself.
