Held in a secret, beautiful location in Cape Town. A full day of nurturing all aspects of yourself, body, mind and spirit. This is an opportunity to gift yourself the time and space to receive practical tools and guidance to take into your everyday life for optimal nutrition, increased energy, clarity and inspiration.
The day includes a powerful process to bring you into big vision clarity of what you want to create in your life. The power of intention cannot be underestimated. You will learn that you are in every breath planting the seeds for your future self. Making time and space to be intentional is what activates your presence and purpose in your life.
From my kitchen to yours, Mandy, your certified nutritional health coach for the day will give you clear guidance on how to optimise your life through what and how best to eat.
Your body is the one and only vessel you have for this journey. Get inspired with tools and reminders of how to best care for this precious vehicle.
The day includes an empowering movement session with Karen Justine, leaning into stillness process with Mandy, swimming, jacuzzi, time to relax and just be.
In the kitchen demonstrations, clear tools and processes alongside breakfast, lunch and snacks, recipes, inspiration and a clear way to optimal health for life.
Because my commitment is to see you step into the best version of yourself, there is a set price of R2888 for the day, however if you bring a friend, you are creating your own accountability support going forward and the day will be R2444 for each person. Email for any further enquiries.
