21 DAY MEDITATION COMMITMENT

We all know that there are enormous benefits to creating small spaces of stillness, yet getting into a consistent routine can be enormously challenging. I invite you to join me for a live online 21 day meditation challenge, to support you as an accountability partner in opening your world to so much more.
From stress reduction, more clarity and inspiration, sleeping better and feeling a genuine sense of lightness and joy daily are just a few of the benefits.
There is sound science based on many peer reviewed studies that meditating x2 a day – when you wake up and again before your eat or go to sleep in the late afternoon or early evening is where you experience the next level of expansion, connection, flow and ease within your life.
Most people believe that they don’t have enough time to meditate. The reality is that by taking 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the afternoon you will be creating more space and time for yourself than you could possibly have imagined. You become more efficient, effective and stop leaking energy through this powerful stress management tool. If you have never done this before, you are not going to appreciate the value without the experience.

Followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation
21 DAYS, TWICE A DAY
Over 21 days means 42 commitments to yourself and a process. We will meet online from Monday – Friday at 6.15am-6.45am (GMT+2) on zoom and again Mon-Fri- 5.30pm-6pm.
Saturday and Sunday, we meet on zoom a little later at 7am-7.30am (GMT +2) each morning and then at 5pm-5.30pm (GMT+2) each afternoon.
