21-Day Presence Practice

Would you like to be more efficient, effective, less stressed and more energised?

How about more clarity, inspiration, improved sleep better and a genuine sense of lightness and joy that you experience not occasionally, but every day.

Most people believe that they don’t have enough time to meditate. The reality is that by taking 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the afternoon you will be creating more space and time for yourself than you could possibly have imagined.

There is sound science based on many peer reviewed studies that meditating x2 a day – when you wake up and again before your eat or go to sleep in the late afternoon or early evening is where you experience the next level of expansion, connection, efficiency, creativity, flow and ease within your life.

The unique part of this experience is that you will have the opportunity to be supported and guided by 15 different guides each bringing into their own voice, modality, wisdom and transmissions. You will also receive recordings.

If you have never done this before, you are not going to appreciate the value without the experience. This is an invitation to step out of your comfort zone and join us in this three week “experiment” where we can be your accountability partners, support and guides.

We all know that there are enormous benefits to creating small spaces of stillness, yet getting into a consistent routine can be enormously challenging. This is an invitation to join us daily for  two live online sessions , to support you as an accountability partner in opening your world to so much more.

You don’t have to join every single live online session, but the more you are able to join, the more powerful the overall experience. This is in your choosing.

Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with all the necessary information as well as a sheet to be able to fill in for the month to support your own accountability and schedule what sessions you are committed to join live.
