PSM Meditation Course
Knowledge without experience keeps us at the level of the mind. Experience without knowledge creates confusion and misalignment.
The Primordial Sound Mantra meditation course is a four part journey-designed to expand, deepen, and refine your understanding and relationship with this ancient, lifechanging practice. Each class presents its own body of knowledge and systematically leads to the next. The format has been designed to give you the maximum benefit and enjoyment possible.
There are many different types of meditations where Primordial Sound Meditation is based on the 5000 year old Vedic teachings and is one of the most powerful tools you will activate into your everyday life.
You will receive your own unique primordial sound mantra that is calculated based on the date and time of your birth. Each person will receive their mantra in a private one on one ceremony.
There will be four approximately 90 minutes classes where we meet online.
22, 23, 27, 28 February 2022
The course will run online with two time slot options to support different time zones. You can choose to join the 8.30-10am each day or the 12.30-2pm (CAT time).
