Week One


You will receive a video introduction and a couple of worksheets to get you started before our first meeting.

The starting point is getting clear on a health and wellness goal. When we speak of “health” it is meant not only as physical health and nutrition (which is your invaluable foundation), but also mental, emotional and spiritual health.

This might be the first time in a long while that you have given yourself the opportunity to reflect and explore what you really want to shift and change, let go of or bring in.
