Of the many important relationships we have in this world, 2 key relationships are with our planet and our body. Made up of complex microbial systems that have central roles in the health and functioning of our wellbeing, we made a metaphysical promise to ensure we sustain and maintain these relationships. We found a distinct similarity in observing the microbiome of our skin and soil: they both are made up of different layers. The soil is made up of bedrock, regolith, soil and humus. The skin is made up of the hypodermis, the dermis and the epidermis. Each organism has pockets of living matter moving organically through the layers. Each relies on elements, minerals and plants to heal and transform. Each organism is a living story that everything is connected. .

Rhymically, cycles give us ample time to move through our lives at a pace that supports our anatomy, engagement and essence. Cosmically, this regular repetition gives us time to sift through the details and make an individual imprint in a way that works for you. If today is not going the way you intended it to, that’s alright - accept what is and try again tomorrow.
